This is a story of an amazing woman, someone that we consider to be a chiropractic warrior. Her name is Kristina G. and this is her story of true healing.

Kristina has had a tough road to true health and wellness and because of this it has affected her life in so many negative ways. In the past she has had severe low back injuries creating annular tears in her lumbar discs, she had three injections in to these areas in one and a half months with no relief. Hemangiomas were found on her spine and liver, she had a radical hysterectomy, left adrenal gland removed, chronic numbness and tingling in her hands, fingers and toes. She also suffered from daily debilitating migraines and chronic fatigue. As you can imagine all of this inhibited Kristina from working, performing house chores and enjoying life. The only thing that she knew to do was continue to take a multitude of prescription medications and pray.

Finally her prayers were answered in the form of Esther G. Esther invited Kristina to the October Maximized Living Makeover, hoping that it would change her life. And it did, just not immediately. Following the makeover Kristina wanted to have a full nervous system and 5 Essentials evaluation at our office but was unable to get out of bed for weeks because she had such a debilitating flare up in her low back. When she finally made it in to the office she was very hesitant to let us even touch her, and skeptical as to if we could help.

Less than three months later Kristina’s depression is now only slightly circumstantial. The daily headaches and 3-4 migraines per week for the last 7 years that have been controlling her life have now completely subsided. Her medical doctor has taken her off of approximately 10 medications, she has lost 35 pounds by changing what she eats and getting more exercise, which she couldn’t do before because of the debilitating pain. She notes that she has more energy, she is more active, she can perform her house duties and most importantly for Kristina she is better suited to help others which is a major passion of hers.

Esther G. reached out to Kristina and helped to bring her into a world of maximized health and healing. Did Esther know what was going to come of Kristina’s time at the Makeover?
